About the Author

MAX DU PREEZ is one of South Africa’s foremost investigative journalists. I found this book very intriguing as many of the characters are known but not their stories and how it shaped history. This was an eye opener for me and now I do feel I have many ancestors in Africa of many cultures races etc making me what I am today. Thanks for the inspired reading adventure you took me on.
